So please check that it is Sold & Shipped by Lovely Home Essentials, and not a knock-off seller or a resold item. As long as we’re able to find your Order number in our systems, we got your back.

• Used or "open-box" merchandise is not covered by our warranty.

• If you bought it used or refurbished from Amazon Renewed, they have a 90-day warranty on it and you can call them up directly so they can take care of you.

• To prevent potential abuse, we are limiting the replacements to one time. But don’t worry, we’ll still refund you in the off-chance the replacements still don’t work.

• If you received the product as a gift, just email us at customerservice@lovelyhomeessentials.com with a photo of the defective item and your address, and the full name of the person who gifted it to you. We will attempt to locate the order for your warranty.​​
